WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT LIGHT COLORS DO?
RED (625 - 700 nm)

To get the most out of your session, cleanse your skin thoroughly and remove any makeup before starting.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO LED LIGHT THERAPY?
LED light therapy should be treated for 6-8 sessions to achieve long-term results. While a one-time treatment will give you an instant glow and supercharge your skin treatment, results need to be repeated weekly at least twice a week to be effective.
