Booking & Cancellation Policies
Thank you for choosing our services. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 15% is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures the availability of our services for the agreed-upon date and time.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit:
- A 15% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- This deposit secures your reservation and compensates for the reserved time and resources.

Remaining Balance:
- The remaining balance of the total service cost is due upon completion of the scheduled service.
- Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in additional fees, the forfeiture of future services, and subject to be banned from booking.

Rescheduling:
- All clients may reschedule their appointments through their confirmation email up until 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. After 48 hours, please contact us to reschedule.
- Requests for rescheduling are subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation:
- Cancellations made after the booking confirmation will result in the forfeiture of the 15% non-refundable deposit.
- All clients may cancel their appointment through the confirmation email up until 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. After 48 hours, please contact us to cancel.
- Any cancellations made after 48 hours of the scheduled service will require payment of the full service cost.

Late Arrivals:
- All clients are granted a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your scheduled appointment will be cancelled and the No-Show Policy will be enforced.

No-Show:
- If you are a No-Show to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your remaining balance to the card on file. Please reach out to us if you are not able to make your appointment to avoid being charged. No-Shows are subject to being banned from future bookings.

Refunds:
- All services, deposits, and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
